K12Prospects warrants that it fully complies with all CAN-SPAM, GDPR, Do-Not Call laws and California consumers Privacy Act (CCPA) regulations. K12Prospects performs verification and validation on all emails regularly, using several different method to bring high accuracy in our data sets.
K12Prospects warrants that any individual that have interest to see what data is maintained in K12Prospects data sets per GDPR and CCPA requirements will have the opportunity to request this information at K12prospects.com.

To request information about their database, individuals can fill out our opt-out form, contact sales@k12prospects.com or call (800) 829-8560. Additionally, individuals may request information about the disclosure of their personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes during the previous calendar year, which can be done once per year. If individuals choose to appoint an agent to make requests on their behalf, K12 Prospects may require evidence of such appointment to comply with the request.

To ensure the proper identity of the requestor, K12 Prospects must use reasonable methods to verify their identity before responding to any requests. If K12 Prospects is unable to verify the requestor’s identity, the request may be denied or additional identifying information may be requested. K12 Prospects aims to respond to requests for collected information, deletion, or modification within 30 days of receiving the request. If more time is needed or K12 Prospects is unable to comply with the request, the reason for the delay and the extension period will be communicated to the requestor in writing.
